- To provide students with the opportunity and option of participating in a wide range of physical activities for talent identification;
- To develop students’ physical competence and knowledge of movement and safety, and their ability to use these to perform in a wide range of activities associated with the development of an active and healthy lifestyle;
- To cultivate in students generic skills, positive values and attitudes, in addition to physical competence, for lifelong and life-wide learning;
- To extend PE learning beyond the classroom. Through co-curricular physical activities such as training courses and inhouse/inter-school competitions, students may develop an interest in sports, engage regularly in physical activities, and lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
