The History Department and the Home Economics Department organised a milk tea and egg tarts workshop on 26 March.  21 students from various forms joined this activity.  “Hong Kong-style Milk Tea Making Technique” was successfully inscribed onto the list of the Intangible Culture Heritage of Hong Kong in 2014.  Through joining this workshop, our students have learnt more about the origins of milk tea and egg tarts as well as the techniques to make them. As the workshop ended, our students took home the milk tea and egg tarts, widening their horizons and deepening their knowledge of this intangible cultural heritage in an interesting way.
