The Historical and Cultural Field Trip of Sha Tau Kok was successfully held on November 30, 2024. The primary goal of the event was to enhance students' interest in Chinese history. Organized by the Chinese Historical and Cultural Club, the field trip provided students with an opportunity to step out of the classroom, experience the environment firsthand, and deepen their understanding of national conditions.
The event was hosted by Stonehouses Family Garden and attended by 25 students and 2 teachers. During the trip, participants visited key landmarks, including the Sha Tau Kok Post Office, Fire Station, Sha Tau Kok Point, the pier, Chung Ying Street Garden, and the "Salmon" House. Accompanied by a guide's detailed explanations, both teachers and students gained a deeper appreciation of this unique community and thoroughly enjoyed the enriching experience.
