On 30 November 2023, a delegation of 30 Principals, Vice Principals, and officials led by Mr. Leong I On, Head of the Centre of Psycho-pedagogical Support and Special Unit of the Education and Youth Development Bureau, Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, visited our school to engage in knowledge-sharing regarding gifted education.

During their visit, the delegation observed our Secondary 3 English Language High-achievers' Class, where students played the roles of different stakeholders to discuss the topic “Low Self-esteem in Teenagers.”

Following the observation, Principal Chui gave an introduction of our school and highlighted our development of gifted education. He emphasised our school’s commitment to nurturing the talents and abilities of our students, ensuring that they reach their full potential.

To provide further insight into the implementation of gifted education, Mr. Wong, Director of Learning and Teaching, explained the various strategies and approaches employed by our school. He accentuated the importance of differentiation, curriculum design, and enrichment activities tailored to the unique needs of gifted students.

The visit concluded with a question-and-answer session, where Principal Chui addressed inquiries raised by the visiting teachers and officials. The exchange of ideas and perspectives during this session further enriched the learning experience for everyone involved.
