To prepare the Prefect Team to serve as self-disciplined and responsible servant leaders in the new school year, the Discipline and Moral Education Committee held Summer Training from 28th to 29th August 2023. On the first day, the prefects participated in various adventure activities to build their team spirit and to sharpen their communication and problem-solving skills. The prefects completed peer mediation training the next day. The lively lectures and role-play exercises allowed them to adopt a positive attitude towards resolving peer conflicts. The team greatly benefited from the training activities and they are ready for the challenges in the upcoming year.
