Our school nominated 10 students from Secondary 1 to Secondary 5 to participate in the Hong Kong International Visual Arts Education Symposium 2026 Student Workshops, hosted by the Visual Arts Section of the Curriculum Development Institute, Education Bureau.

Students took part in the "Designing and Making Games" workshop led by Jussi Pekka Holopainen, an Associate Professor from the School of Creative Media at the City University of Hong Kong. Through the professor's step-by-step guidance, students designed their own mini-games. The workshop inspired the students' creative thinking, and everyone was deeply engaged.

In addition, students participated in the "AI and The Future of Creativity—In Collaboration with Robots" workshop, hosted by American robotics designer David Hanson. Students collaborated with the humanoid robot Sophia to write poetry, create drawings, and engage in dialogue. The students participated enthusiastically, and following the session, they discussed various aspects of artificial intelligence and robotics with David Hanson, gaining a great deal from the experience.
