
2026-01-15 Jan, 2026A workshop on bread-making, organised by the Home Economics Department, was successfully held on 15 January 2026. Eighteen students participated in this event.
That afternoon, the school invited Joe, a teacher from "Tasteful Flavours”, to provide guidance and teach the students how to make "Milk Crisp Buns”. The students not only witnessed firsthand the magical process of yeast fermentation and dough rising but also listened to Joe's inspiring account of his pursuit of his dreams. As the bread they made gradually took shape in the oven, filling the air with its aroma, everyone was filled with anticipation and joy. When the bread came out of the oven, a sense of accomplishment and pride welled up within them.
