2025-12-20 Dec, 2025Over the past few weeks, our school library has been abuzz with excitement as Carmelians immersed themselves in several rounds of reading circles hosted by the Moonlit Book Club.
The first two sessions, led by Vice-Principal Ho-man Wong, saw participants don their “detective hats” to unravel mysteries and uncover hidden clues while diving into the pages of a short story written by Ho-kei Chan, a renowned Hong Kong author. In other sessions, our enthusiastic Reading Ambassadors brought their love for books to life by sharing their favourite reads with fellow students.
These engaging activities reaffirm the role of our newly renovated library as a vibrant learning commons and demonstrate that the joy of reading can thrive even in the digital age.
