Our school hosted the "Home, Mind" parent workshop with the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association on the evening of December 5, 2025. The workshop aims to help parents cope with parenting challenges and guide them on stress reduction and emotional regulation. Through the speaker's message and relaxation techniques, the workshop has empowered parents to better care for their mental and physical health in daily life.
