In collaboration with Haven of Hope Sunnyside School, our school hosted an Art Workshop on 17 March 2026 to celebrate Easter with their students with additional needs . The workshop aimed to guide the children from Sunnyside School in creating wooden art plates decorated with dried flowers, symbolising the themes of "rebirth" and "resurrection."

A total of eight volunteers from Secondary 2 to 5 represented our school at the event. Working in pairs, the volunteers supported individual children through three 20-minute sessions, assisting 12 children in total.

The children at Sunnyside School were delighted to welcome visitors and spend time together. Our students showed wonderful enthusiasm and warmth as they guided the children through the creative process. This memorable and meaningful activity concluded in a truly positive atmosphere.

Following the workshop, the Sunnyside School social worker held a short debriefing session for our student volunteers, providing them with an opportunity to reflect on their experiences and the valuable lessons they had learnt.
