Two teams of students participated in the Hong Kong Tech Challenge 2026, a STEAM robotic competition scheduled for February 2026. The event was jointly organised by the Asian Robotic League Fund, Hong Kong Productivity Council, and the Innovation and Technology Commission.

Before the main competition, both teams participated in a warm-up event called the Hong Kong Tech Challenge V5RC Skirmish Cup, held on 17 January 2026 at the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI). We are proud to announce that Team 1 won the Sportsmanship Award at the Skirmish Cup!

The main competition, Hong Kong Tech Challenge 2026, took place on 6th and 7th February 2026 at the Hong Kong Science Park, where Team 1 won the Energy Award.
