Popular Reading Award Scheme Prize-giving Ceremony
Our students participated in the Popular Reading Award Scheme Prize-giving Ceremony on 25 February, 2012. It is an activity organized by Hong Kong Professional Teachers’ Union, aiming to cultivate the reading habits of students. 177 students of our school got the purple medal, which is the highest honor of the scheme. |

2011 Hong Kong Student Science Project Competition
(Senior Division)
About 10 senior form Science students participated in the 2011 Hong Kong Student Science Project Competition held in the Science Park on 14 May 2011. This competition was jointly organized by the Innovation and Technology Commission, the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, the Education Bureau, the Hong Kong Science Museum and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks. Aiming to encourage the youth in learning science and technology, the competition has been one of the core government-supported programmes for fostering the innovation and technology culture in Hong Kong. The project work of the team from 6B Mo Manni , 5A Chan Ka Yu, 5A Cheung Sum Yi , 5B Woo Yan Ting and 5B Yiu Kit Ling won the ‘Home Safety Award (Thematic Award)’ in the competition.

Inter-school Swimming Championships 2010
16 students of Secondary 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 students participated in the Inter-school Swimming Championships on 4 November 2010 and 10 November 2010. It is a competition organized by Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation, aiming to widen the horizons and improve the swimming skills of the students
Our school had a very good performance in this competition. Girls Grade A obtained the 2nd Runner-up at the 4x50m Medley Relay and the overall 3rd Runner-up, while Boys Grade C got the Overall 6th Runner-up. S2A Yim Pak Ching got the Champions at the 200m Individual Medley and 50m Butterfly Stroke; S2E Cheng Ka Yung obtained the 1st Runners-up at the 50m and 100m Breast Stroke; S2D Chan Wai Tung got the 3rd Runner-up at the 100m Free Style; S5E Cheung Wai Ting got the Champion at the 50m Free Style.
