Medium of Instruction

In 1998, the school was given the approval from the EDB to continue using English as the medium of instruction in all subjects except Chinese Language, Chinese History, Putonghua and Visual Arts. The school aims to provide an authentic English environment for pupils. Various support programmes are organized to help pupils adapt to the use of English in learning and boost pupils' English proficiency. For example, the English Corner, English Reading Schemes, English tutorial classes, the English Ambassadors Scheme, after-school activities organized by the NET and overseas study tours are some of these activities.
